Compression and neutralisation screw range Features: The design of the I.B.S.™ compression screw is specifically designed to distribute the compression stress, maximize and facilitate bone synthesis. The I.B.S.™ screw is a cannulated, self-drilling and self-tapping screw delivered sterile. Depending on the diameter, I.B.S.™ screws are available in a compressive (C) and in a neutralization (N) version. The I.B.S.™ screw range is offered with the Neosys® single use instrumentation for diameters 2.0 to 3.5mm. For the other diameters reusable Neosys® instrument sets are available.

Features: The Omni Plating System is a universal plating system that accommodates many foot and ankle indications. Plate screws are available in 2.8mm & 3.5mm Non-locking and variable angle locking screw options (30° cone of angulation)   The system offers a PlantarFiX Post, which is a component that locks into the plate and acts as a metal cortex for the 3.5mm cannulated lag screw, providing the following benefits: Significantly increases peak compression (2x vs. independent lag screw)* Provides compression where it is needed most: plantar-side of the construct Compression is independent of patient’s bone quality The PlantarFiX Post is compatible with the locking holes of all the plates in this system. The system includes a targeting system for accurate placement of the 3.5mm lag screw through the post, allowing for reliable and reproducible results.

The wedges are intended to be used as an implant specifically designed for Evans procedures (for lateral foot column lengthening) or Cotton (improve the inclination of the first radius and avoid overloading the external column). These wedges allow very precise control of the amount of lengthening or declination of osteotomies.
