Onbutton CL

Overview

Onbutton CL is a titanium cortical button with a continuous loop of suture braid for femoral fixation in ACL and PCL reconstruction. The continuous loop removes the need for knot tying and allows a larger portion of the graft to sit in the tunnel. The button rests on the cortical bone surface, so fixation does not depend on cancellous bone quality, and the procedure needs no second incision.

The button comes in one size with pre-measured loop lengths of 12, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 and 40 mm. It is preloaded with a #5 Biofiber® pulling/leading suture (white-blue) and a #5 polyester flipping suture (green).
