BUTTONFIX® is a fixation button with an adjustable loop for cortical suspensory graft fixation in ACL and PCL reconstruction. A single loop size is used with any graft length, and a graft support frame shields the graft from abrasion during loop reduction. The ultimate tensile strength of the BUTTONFIX® construct is 1300 N (manufacturer bench-test data).
