BIOCINCH® AI2

The BIOCINCH® AI2 Meniscal Repair System is an all-inside meniscal repair device. It deploys two 1.4 x 5 mm PEEK anchors joined by a pre-tied, self-sliding knot of 2-0 non-absorbable UHMWPE BioFiber® suture, so no intra-articular knot tying or posterior incision is needed. The needle is passed through the tear and each anchor is deployed with a 360° rotating slider, placing a horizontal or vertical mattress suture on the femoral or tibial surface of the meniscus.
