The RTS® (Reference Toe System®) 1st MTP is a medical-grade silicone elastomer joint replacement implant with titanium grommets for the first metatarsophalangeal joint. The metatarsal stem is angled to match the natural declination angle of the first metatarsal.

The implant is inserted without broaching, with straight bone cuts and no cutting guide, using a cannulated, sterile single-use instrument kit.
