Meniscal repair stitches a torn meniscus back together so that it can heal, with the aim of preserving its function. Tears are repaired all-inside, inside-out or outside-in, depending on their position and pattern. Root tears are commonly repaired by pulling the root back to its footprint through a tibial tunnel.
- BIOCINCH AI2: an all-inside system for horizontal or vertical mattress sutures on the femoral or tibial surface, reaching tears in the posterior and middle thirds without a posterior incision.
- BIOCINCH: straight meniscal repair needles preloaded with suture.
- PIVOT-FIX: a low-profile flat button for the tibial tunnel in meniscal root repair.
