BT-FIX is a buttonless adjustable fibre loop used with the SMART-FIX tibial base plate for cortical tibial fixation in all-inside ACL and PCL reconstruction. The slotted holes of the SMART-FIX base plate are loaded over the BT-FIX loop; during the procedure the adjustable loop is passed through the narrow tunnel while the base plate remains on the cortex, keeping the plate in contact with the bone. The loop locks without a knot.
