About ConMed

CONMED Corporation is a medical technology company that began more than 50 years ago and is headquartered in Largo, Florida, having moved from Utica, New York, in 2022. Its areas include orthopaedics and sports medicine, foot and ankle, general, laparoscopic and robotic surgery, gastroenterology and patient monitoring.

Milestones include the acquisition of Linvatec in 1997, SurgiQuest (AirSeal®) in 2016 and Buffalo Filter in 2019. In 2022 it acquired Biorez (BioBrace®) and In2Bones Global, Inc., the foot and ankle company based in Memphis, Tennessee, and in Lyon, France, which is now CONMED Foot and Ankle.
