The medial collateral ligament (MCL) is often injured together with the ACL. Where the MCL needs surgery, it is repaired or reconstructed to restore stability on the inner side of the knee.
Xiros Infinity-Lock 5 mm tape can be used alone, with no tissue graft, alongside repair of the native ligament, or as a brace alongside a graft. It can be used alongside ACL reconstruction.
