ClickIt Stylo is a modular external fixator for the wrist, supplied as a single-use sterile kit. The body is two rods joined by a ball joint unit, which allows correction in every plane, and quick connection clamps hold the radius and metacarpal screws.
Features
- Lightweight and compact; aluminium and steel alloy.
- Modular: open, double and single clamps and an arch can be added.
- Additional screws and/or K-wires (1.5 to 3.0 mm) can be connected to the body with auxiliary accessories.
- Ball joint unit for correction in every plane.
- Quick connection clamps.
- Optional compression-distraction unit: one full turn gives 1.0 mm.
- MR conditional (see the instructions for use).
- Single-use sterile kit, ready for use.
Indications
Intra- and extra-articular fractures of the wrist:
- unstable fractures of the radius or ulna;
- open fractures of the radius or ulna;
- fractures of the radius or ulna with severe soft-tissue injury.

Components
- Fixator body: two rods joined by a ball joint unit, which allows correction in every plane.
- Quick connection clamps: attach the screws to the body.
- Compression-distraction unit (optional, 5002024): one full turn of the screw gives 1.0 mm.
- Accessories: open clamp (adds K-wires or screws after the fixator is in place), double and single clamps, and an arch for K-wires or screws in other planes.
Sterilisation
ClickIt Stylo kits and components are supplied sterile. Reusable instruments: saturated-steam autoclave at 134 °C for 5 minutes.
