ClickIt CF is a circular external fixator supplied sterile. Its quick-connection struts attach to the outside of the rings rather than through them, leaving every ring hole available for wires and screws. Telescopic struts allow gradual compression, distraction or bone transport.

Indications
- Long bone fractures, bone infection, and septic and non-septic non-unions.
- Acquired and congenital deformities.
- Complex fractures around the knee and ankle, foot fractures and the diabetic foot.
Applications
Fracture fixation, limb lengthening and bone transport, deformity correction, and ankle and knee arthrodesis.

Struts
- Quick-connection struts attach to the outside of the half rings with a countersunk screw, so every ring hole stays free; the connection allows partial angular correction.
- Static struts in several lengths.
- Bidirectional telescopic struts: each turn gives 2 mm of compression or distraction (trauma).
- Unidirectional telescopic struts: each turn gives 1 mm (bone transport).
Rings and accessories
- Half rings and crown half rings join externally; 5/8 rings, full rings and ring segments.
- Foot rings in several diameters, with extensions in three lengths and a hinged connection bolt for the front ring.
- Screw clamps for Ø 4.0, 5.0 and 6.0 mm screws, with a slotted base for rotation to the bone; wire bolts tightened from the top.
- 45° oblique supports join rings of different diameters.
- Rocker rail for weight-bearing: connected to the foot ring with threaded struts and bolts, compatible with foot rings of different diameters, with a treaded rubber coating.
Kit contents
- CF trauma kit: 6 half rings, 6 countersunk screws, 8 wire clamps and 8 nuts.
- CF foot plate kit: 4 half rings, 6 countersunk screws, 1 foot plate, 1 double-row foot plate, 2 foot plate joints, 10 wire clamps and 12 nuts.
Sterilisation
ClickIt CF devices are supplied sterile. Reusable instruments: saturated-steam autoclave at 134 °C for 5 minutes.
