MiniStylo is a small external fixator for the hand and foot, supplied pre-assembled in a single-use sterile kit. The body has an integrated compression-distraction unit and a ball joint that allows flexion and extension.

Indications
Open and closed fractures, aseptic and infected non-unions, and deformities of the metacarpals, metatarsals and phalanges.

Components
- Fixator body: detachable rods and ball joint, with an integrated compression-distraction unit. The ball joint allows flexion and extension.
- Double clamps: each holds a pair of screws; the clamp locks to the body independently of the screws.
- Screws: Ø 2.0 × 40 mm, thread length 10 mm.
- Universal clamp: accepts screws and K-wires from Ø 1.0 to 2.0 mm.
Sterilisation
The MiniStylo kit is supplied sterile. Reusable instruments: saturated-steam autoclave at 134 °C for 5 minutes.
