The Stylo Diabetic Foot fixator is a lightweight external fixator for the medial column of the foot, supplied as a single-use sterile kit with the fixator rod, clamps and screws needed for the procedure. A 120° arch and further accessories allow multiplanar constructs.

Indications
Stabilisation of the medial column of the first ray after surgical treatment of metatarsophalangeal osteomyelitis, and in deformities secondary to Charcot neuro-osteoarthropathy (Frykberg–Sanders patterns 1–2).

Components
- Fixator rod: the ball joint eases application and allows movement in all planes.
- Double screw clamp: applies a pair of parallel screws; tightening the nut locks the screws in the clamp and the clamp on the rod.
- Additional screws and/or K-wires (1.5 to 3.0 mm) connect to the rod with accessories.
- Multiplanar system: a 120° arch (Ø 90 mm) takes an additional screw in the fourth metatarsal for extra stability.
Sterilisation
The kit is supplied sterile. Reusable instruments: saturated-steam autoclave at 134 °C for 5 minutes.
