PIVOT-FIX™ is a low-profile flat titanium button for tibial-side cortical fixation of the sutures in meniscus root repair. The button sits flat on the tibial cortex at the exit of the tibial tunnel, and a combination of open and closed holes allows the sutures to be passed and slid through the button.
