FIBERKNOT® is an all-suture anchor made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) suture. It needs a smaller pilot hole than a conventional anchor, so less bone is removed and the anchor footprint is smaller: useful where bone stock is limited, including in revision surgery.
