VIMFIX-PK® is a fully threaded screw-in suture anchor made from PEEK, a biocompatible and biostable thermoplastic, for primary or medial-row fixation in rotator cuff repair. It has both cortical and cancellous threads, a covered saddle tip to protect the sutures, and is cannulated.
The anchor is available in 4.5 mm and 5.5 mm diameters, double or triple loaded with Biofiber suture and suture tape combinations intended to increase footprint contact pressure on the cuff.
