The BUTTONFIX®-W kit comprises two oblong titanium fixation buttons loaded with a self-adjustable USP size 2 fibre loop, with a USP size 0 fibre for flipping the button. The construct is knotted, and the length of the loop is adjusted by pulling the adjustable sutures one at a time.
